Train with the few, the proud. Because no two bodies are alike, we provide customized training regimens for each individual. We call it Tactical Training

 

1st Phase: Evaluating your fitness needs and goals. The training begins. This is where you are introduced to the workouts and where your body begins to build a solid base and foundation to see strength gains and armor it from injury. 

 

2nd Phase: We ratchet up the intensity of the workouts to take you to the next level. The majority of weight loss and muscle toning will occur during Phase 2. 

 

3rd Phase: During this phase we will focus on fine tuning your fitness and building the best you!
