"When I first started Warrior Fitness Boot Camp, I could barely do one push up and hardly felt like a "warrior," but much has changed since those days. I quickly learned that working out is as much mental as it is physical. My traveling more than 8 miles to get to boot camp 5 times a week says a lot about this place! In the first three months, I lost over 15 pounds, went down one whole dress size, gained muscle and have more energy than I could ever remember in my adult life. While it takes dedication, consistency, and patience to yield results, there is absolutely no way that I would have been able to come this far without all the no-nonsense yet friendly WFBC instructors that push me past my limit or the peers that motivate me to push on when I want to give up. This is by far one of the best investments I've made. Warrior Fitness Boot Camp has undoubtedly brought out the warrior in me!"

"Warrior Fitness Boot Camp is unlike anything I've ever done before. It is the most difficult workout but also by far the most rewarding. I've worked one-on-one with personal trainers, and I have to say that no matter what the class size at WFBC I feel like I get a better workout than I did with a trainer. Alex and Ruben push you to the limit, and just when you think you can't do any more... They make you realize you can! I remember how nervous I was before my first class, especially after watching the intensity of the class that was finishing up... But by the time the hour was up, I was hooked! Now, I'm slightly obsessed and can't seem to stay away! In the less than 4 months that I've been doing boot camp I've seen a huge difference in my fitness level and appearance, and others have noticed a change too! The first class is definitely the hardest, and while it doesn't necessarily ever get easier, I promise it gets better. You just have to try it to see!!"

"At the risk of sounding like an infomercial, I have lost 30 pounds in 4 months at WFBC and I cannot speak highly enough of the whole set up. The workout is very challenging and while it gets more manageable as you get used to it (the first week is extremely tough!) it never gets easy and I always feel like I've done about as much as I can by the end. For me though, the key to its success is the trainers, Alex and Ruben. They are both exceptionally good at judging the capacity and capability of people at very varied fitness levels and tailor their workout to push them to (but not past) their limit. Not only are they good at what they do, but they are genuinely dedicated to seeing you get the most out of the workout, correcting your posture if you are doing an exercise wrong, altering an exercise to take an injury into account or even just making you do extra if they think you are sandbagging. Most importantly though, I really enjoy the sessions, really enjoy the sense of teamwork with the other "warriors" and definitely see the benefit in my fitness levels."
